Nine Lives comes to you straight from one of mine — as a graduate student at the University of Washington. My work in the Master’s of Communication in Digital Media (MCDM) program at UW is an exploration of the ways in which digital media is dramatically reshaping our lives. More revolution than evolution, digital media is delivering the future at a rate faster than Thomas Edison could ever have imagined.

4. Two-time cancer survivor

While that’s only a total of seven lives, I like to think that I have two more still waiting to be lived.
